Everything was nice except the no elevator situation and having to climb up 3 floors with heavy bags
It was clean, the amenities were good and fairly sized.
There was no elevator. How do you expect guests who have a lot of luggage to go to 3rd floor without an elevator? I understand its an inn but that was so annoying. Like either keep your inn only one level or arrange someone to carry it up. Not everyone is able to carry heavy baggage upstairs to 3rd floor without help. I had arm injury and my parents previously had injuries too. So imagine my distress after realizing there's no elevator. Please do something about it. OR at least inform beforehand that there is no elevator so elderly people and people with disabilities and kids won't book it.
